Some of you may remember a fantastic maternity session mom had:

Well Mr. all that has arrived as precious as ever

To answer some frequently asked questions;

1. Yes, all my newborn sessions are held in my client's homes.

2. Yes, most often the props you see are mine that I bring with me to the session.  In the case of the session above, everything except the scale belongs to the client.

3. Why? Because I love to personalize my sessions to my client's home environment and what is theirs (exhibited above). I also love for my client to relax and rest in their own home where they and the baby feel the most comfortable.

I was so honored to have the opportunity to photograph these three beauties!  I admit that I went into the session with literally no expectations and walked away greatly surprised and happy!

They were wonderful in every way possible and I couldn't ask for anything more!  I cannot wait to make a very large print for my studio.

"Brother" Ryan

For my blog followers who remember Addie, they may also remember Addie's baby brother, Ryan. 

Ryan was just 2 months old when his big sister went on to heaven and I am honored and blessed to say that his mom and dad and I have stayed in close contact since.  I had a wonderful day of catching up and snapping some shots of this little prankster!

I had the pleasure of photographing this little one's sister last year and fell in love with her nursery so I was doubly thrilled to see this one's nursery which was just as wonderful as her sisters!

Welcome Tatiana

Little man Jackson.... 1 yo!

I have had an absolute blast watching Jackson grow this year.  The large teddy bear being our "marker" of his growth at every session.

What to do in a snow storm? Play blog catch up! Sweet sweet Ruby is 1yo!

Anyone who walks into my studio and sees Ruby's newborn picture in her red and white hat, oohs and awws.  I have been photographing her during her first year and it's been wonderful!

Almost one year to the date of last year's ice storm, I trekked back to Ruby's house in the snow again for her 1 year session!  She's so scrumptious

Notice her newborn picture on the wall...yes, that's the same hat!

Macho is quite possibly my favorite dog.  He is a living cartoon character!

"Michelle Carr where's your car?"

The twins made me giggle so much!  Miss N and Miss A called me "Michelle Carr" the whole time and it made me feel like a rock star!  hahaha, I will take it wherever I can get it!

I just could eat these girls up!

Lovely Lexi!

Lexi is the new sister of one of my favorite former newborn clients, Luke.  Luke is 2 now and he is absolutely in love with his new sister!  Unlike Luke, Lexi fell asleep like a charm!
